- ORDER & DELIVERY
 
* I gave an order without subscribing. How can I learn about the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order via nacar.com.tr with the current e-mail address or your telephone number you submitted at the stage of creating your order.
 
* How can I learn at what stage my order is after giving my order?
After completing your order, you can view at which stage your order is at the 'ORDER TRACKING' section. The courier company will inform you after your order is shipped.
 
* Which courier company will deliver my order?
All domestic orders are shipped with YURTİÇİ KARGO.
 
* In how many days will I receive the product I ordered?
The order shipments are made within 3-5 business days, except for special holidays.
 
* My order has been damaged. What should I do?
Open your package as witnessed by the courier. In the event that the unpacked product is damaged or has missing parts, have the courier issue a 'DAMAGE REPORT' at that moment. You can return the product together with the Damage Report.
 
- CANCELLATION & RETURN
 
* How can I do the return shipments?
You must submit a return and cancellation request on the page MY ORDERS on the web page Nacar.com.tr.
You may just send your return shipments within 14 days from the date of your receipt, with the product box, warranty certificate and invoice included, via our contracted courier company 'YURTİÇİ KARGO' as counterparty paid. The return of the products that have been used and product boxes and warranty certificates missing shall not be accepted. If you prefer to send via a different courier company, the courier fee shall be at your expense.
 
* Which products can I return?
You can return unused products with full packaging.
 
* How many days is the operation time?
All operations related to the product that you return starts as of the date when the product is delivered to our warehouse, and they are concluded within 1 week. All information regarding the return process is provided to you via your registered e-mail address. The period of delivery of your return amount in your account varies from bank to bank. (The return process shall be realised according to your mode of payment)
 
- GUARANTEE & TECHNICAL SERVICE
 
* What is the guarantee period of my watch?
The guarantee period is 2 (two) years from the date of purchase.
 
* What is +3 Years Warranty?
It is the name of the additional warranty service that Nacar brand watch owners receive in return for a fee at the time of product purchase. +3 Years Warranty is the additional guarantee service that starts at the end of the legal guarantee period of 2 (two) years of the Nacar watch you have purchased and that extends the guarantee period up to 5 years.

* How can I get Technical Service support?
You can send your watch to our technical service via YURTİÇİ KARGO with contracted code number 162610287 as counterparty paid.

* How is the technical service fee charged?
When the watches received by our technical service and remaining out of the scope of guarantee are passed through all necessary checks and tests and the damage is assessed, you will be informed about the fee. After receiving confirmation, the repairing procedures are carried out. No further fee is charged for assessment.
